One of the papers describes Alec’s work on quantifying the greenhouse gas emissions from roadway maintenance operations. The other is based on the modeling work we’re doing with Jim Lambert and other colleagues on understanding the vulnerability of transportation assets from climate change in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia. Both should appear here soon.
